How to report copyright infringement on asianss.com.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Asianss.com responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement. Under Section 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may create liability. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
What to include in your notice
Send a written notice that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL of the video page).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
How to submit
Submit your complete DMCA notice through our support form with subject “DMCA” and the details above. Incomplete notices may delay action.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and consent to jurisdiction as required by the DMCA.
